Let’s talk numbers!
With this information, we’ll give you a price quote. It will include:
• Price per pin
• Price for all the pins, based on quantity
• Design fee, ranges between $0-$400
• Set up fee for the custom mold, typically $150
• Shipping and Sales Tax TBD
You approve the price, quantity and timeline, then we’re

Let’s Collaborate on artwork
Provide your artwork: logo files in vector and your brand guide with pantone colors
OR share any brainstorming or ideas for the pin
design magic!
If we’re using your logo, we’ll tweak it for production
OR
If we’re creating new artwork, we’ll design 2 or 3 pin concepts. This takes 1-10 days, depending on the timeline and complexity.
Design approval
We’ll email you a PDF of the design concepts for you to choose your favorite.
We’ll make any edits requested.
When you approve it, we’ll send the final artwork to the factory.
Invoice sent to you.
production

This takes about 4 weeks.
We’ll keep you posted.
backing cards
If you want your pins on backing cards, we’ll give you a price quote.
Then we’ll design them and print them locally. And assemble the pins onto the cards.
